    EXCHANGE/REFUNDS:

    We want you to be happy with what you purchased from Stranded On Saturday, so please contact us at Hello@StrandedOnSaturday.com if you have any issues with your order and we will work our hardest to solve the problem. All returns require approval within 30 days of the delivery date. Unauthorized returns will be refused. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

     

    LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

    If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only). 

    For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost. 

    For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS (or which ever delivery service you received a tracking number for). Once the item has been passed to delivery service, Stranded On Saturday is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.

    Stranded On Saturday is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.
